Seasonal Pass To encourage a richer experience, we offer a 20% discount for a 3 month stay.

Prices cover 24 hr access to all coworking and coliving spaces, food & drink*, wifi, bed linen and towels, laundry facilities, weekly cleaning and household items. Use of all studios and equipment if available.

Prices are discounted for longer stays. We believe the more time you can give to yourself, the better for you and the community. We encourage people to stay from a month to a complete season. 2 week stays are available with a 20% surcharge.

Studio Bookings

The studios are accessible to all guests to give everyone the chance to play and be curious. At busy times, this is on a reservation basis. Exclusive hire is available if you: Need a studio all to yourself, Or, want to use it on certain days. You can book to guarantee exclusive use of a studio during a part or all of your stay. Rates vary, starting at €30 / week, enquire for availability. Guests will be informed of exclusivity requests and availability, so don’t worry about suddenly missing out.

Couples and Room Sharing

Prices reflect the full experience of studio use, food, drink, laundry and other facilities. It’s more than accommodation. Couples and partnerships are always welcome on the Players Journey. The price is the same as ´Colloc´, which is €800 pp/mo.


Friends and family

Guests can have a friend or family member stay with them for up to three nights at €20 / night. Longer stays can be negotiated, provided other guests accept.

Booking

All bookings can be made following an enquiry and meeting via video. Booking requires an initial deposit of €500, this secures your reservation and serves as a deposit on damages during the stay, this is fully refundable after your stay. The first month and any further instalments are to be paid four weeks in advance.

Notice on Coliving

Coliving is a form of community first and foremost, all guests are asked to maintain a clean and clear environment and to be respectful of other colivers. Kindness and generosity go a long way.

*The court provides all the necessary ingredients for guests to prepare three good meals a day. This covers seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh bread, milk, eggs, coffee, dry goods, kitchen staples, oils, spices and herbs. And, of course, our house wine. The list is adaptable to the dietary requirements and preferences of the guests, within reason. Fish, meat, alcohol and specialist foods are not included but can be arranged as supplementary costs. Supported Stays

Some stays need a bit of help, we offer support in the following ways.

Dom Gabriel de Sousa Fund

A bursary supported by the Court library. This fund is available to cover accommodation costs for individuals with limited means whose projects show potential for a positive impact on the local community in an environmental or social arena. Enquire for more details.

Artists funding

Though at this time we do not offer art bursaries, we will support artists with the necessary written materials for external funding applications.

Mutual support

The Court needs hands on deck for its upkeep and dedicated skills to keep it sailing. We often welcome dedicated helpers who homestay through the helpx platform. We also offer a hybrid work-for-stay arrangements to paying guests who need financial support for their stay. Enquire for details.
